What is a Rigid Drum Liner?
A rigid drum liner is a vacuum-formed polyethylene insert designed to fit inside such 55-gallon (200L) steel drums. Unlike flexible bags, Lucheng Pack’s rigid liners stand alone, preventing entrapment of high-viscosity liquids like paints and inks. They allow for 99% product recovery and eliminate the need for drum washing, complying with hazardous waste reduction regulations.
